Have you ever stopped to think about what makes you happy? People, objects, activities, and even things like scents, sounds, and sights.

I think that it is so valuable to practise gratitude and remind yourself of all the things that make life exciting and worthwhile, no matter how big or small those things might be. Especially in a time like today, when the world around you can appear very daunting and uninviting.

I’ve always loved creative writing, and it wasn’t until university that I realized it was one of my passions. I can’t remember a time when I wasn’t imaginative, creative, a day dreamer.
