Hi there! You can call me Ingrid. I’m an Arts graduate and an aspiring author from New Zealand. I create and share content about creativity, lifestyle, growth, and well-being, all things which I think are necessary to live your happiest life.

As a writer, I spend a lot of time imagining the story, chapter, or poem I want to write. Too often, it stays that way, only in my mind. As such, I know what it’s like to need that little push towards bringing your imagination to life. To finish that project you’re working on. To change habits that no longer serve you. To gain confidence and clarity about what you want.

I love storytelling in all its forms and how words can have an impact in our lives. Whether they inspire, entertain, or educate us. It is why I am a writer and a blogger. It is also why I absolutely love #quoteoftheday.
