A couple years ago, I didn’t have a personal aesthetic or style of dress. I was a university student travelling from place to place, sitting around for hours at a time, so it made sense to wear something comfortable. Whatever was casual and convenient at the time.

I think 2018 was the year I started to focus on my personal aesthetic. I figured out what colours, fabrics and styles I liked. I’ll be honest and say Pinterest and Instagram were a huge help. All the endless scrolling through photos to find inspirational look books is the thing that pushed me to find my own style.
